Cashback & Promotional Wallet Credit Policy Cashback offers, reward points, and promotional wallet credits will strictly be calculated, reflected, and updated in the customer's Localshoppi.com digital wallet ONLY AFTER the successful delivery and confirmation of the ordered product. Cashback benefits are conditional upon completion of order fulfillment and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for physical cash, and subject to company wallet usage policies. 3. No-Return Policy (Final Sale) All products sold through Localshoppi.com are subject to a strict No-Return Policy. Once a product has been successfully delivered to the customer, returns or order cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or subjective preferences will strictly NOT be entertained or accepted. 4. Damaged Products & Replacement Protocol (Mandatory Unboxing Video) In the event that a product arrives damaged during transit, the following mandatory replacement protocol applies: • Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer MUST record an uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video starting from showing the sealed outer package label up to the complete unboxing and clear inspection of the damaged product. • 15-Day Claim Window: Damaged product claims along with the mandatory video proof must be submitted to customer support, and the item returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery. • Replacement Only: Upon verification and approval of the damaged claim by Localshoppi.com, a replacement unit of the same product will be dispatched. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. 5. Anti-Defamation, User Conduct & Legal Enforcement Localshoppi.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy against slander, defamation, and abusive behavior. Any individual, customer, manager, or partner who engages in making false, malicious, misleading, or defamatory statements against the Company, its executives, operations, or digital platform/system—whether verbally, in writing, or across social media/digital networks—shall be subject to immediate termination of account services, forfeiture of wallet benefits, and stern civil and criminal legal prosecution under applicable cyber and defamation laws. 6. Limitation of Liability & Company Protection Localshoppi.com shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site usage, technical outages, or third-party logistics delays. The maximum aggregate liability of the company for any verified claim shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute. 7. Intellectual Property & System Security All content, brand assets, logos, website architecture, and proprietary systems of Localshoppi.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, tampering, or fraudulent misuse of the company system will result in immediate law enforcement action and severe financial penalties. 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, lawsuits, or arbitration proceedings arising from or relating to Localshoppi.com services shall fall exclusively under the judicial jurisdiction of competent local courts in India.
